The client gets a link by WhatsApp, SMS or email, opens it in their browser and approves or declines with their 6-digit PIN and a finger signature. Every yes given online has a signature, a date and a PIN behind it.
No more "I never agreed to that"
Each decision is saved with the job, next to the dated photos and notes, and can’t be changed afterwards. When the final bill comes, the client has already signed for every extra on it.
Straight onto the invoice
Approved extra work shows on the job under "Extra work to invoice" until it goes onto an invoice, so nothing signed for is forgotten.

Does the client need an account?
No. A link and a 6-digit PIN are enough; it opens in any phone's browser.
What if a link gets forwarded?
A forwarded link shows nothing without the client's PIN.
Is extra work on the Free plan?
Yes. Quotes, extra work and a dated job record are all on the Free plan (up to 2 jobs).
