A fitting quote from photos
Photos of the old kitchen plus the plan or a few words, typed or by voice. JobGuard splits the job into lines - rip-out, units, worktops, appliances, tiling, making good - and suggests a range for each one. You pick every figure.
When the client changes their mind
A different hob, an extra unit, the sink moved to the window. Price each change as extra work and the client signs on their phone before you cut anything.
The client signs the quote too
They open a link, read every line and sign with a finger. The signed quote, with its date, stays on the job.
Every receipt on the job
Fixings, sealant, a last-minute filler panel. Snap the receipt and it adds to the invoice with one tap.
When you have a crew
On the Team plan, up to 5 workers send photos, notes, hours and receipts from site. You approve every report before it reaches the client, and crew hours and pay are worked out per person.
Easy to miss on a kitchen quote
- Disposing of the old units and appliances
- Moving sockets, the cooker supply or the gas point
- Pipework for a moved sink or dishwasher
- Filler panels, plinths and end panels
- Worktop joints, cut-outs and upstands
- Making good walls and floors after the rip-out
JobGuard lists items like these under Easy to miss before you send the quote.
