What is JobGuard?
Most tradespeople don’t lose money on the work itself. They lose it on the small things: a quote that missed the waste removal, “while you’re here, could you…” jobs that never get paid, extra work agreed on the drive with nothing in writing, and invoices that sit unpaid because chasing feels awkward.
JobGuard is your estimator and assistant in one app. It helps you price the job properly, spots extra work and prices it, and reminds you what is easy to forget. You talk or type and take photos, and JobGuard does the paperwork.
What it does
Quotes from photos and a description
Describe the job, add a few photos and JobGuard asks the questions an estimator would. Then it suggests a price range for every line from current UK rates, merchant prices and your own past jobs. It also flags things that are easy to miss, like waste removal or making good. You decide the final figure.
Extra work priced and approved
When the client asks for something outside the quote, JobGuard spots it, suggests a price and sends it to them by WhatsApp or SMS. They approve with a PIN, so you never do extra work for free.

A job plan from start to finish, an assistant that checks your photos and notes against the quote and tells you what is still missing, and a quick check of whether the job is worth it after materials and travel.
Get paid for every extra
See what you still have to earn and what is approved but not paid, and send a payment reminder in one tap. Photos, notes and receipts are kept with the job in case you need them.
Who it’s for
Builders, decorators, tilers, carpenters, landscapers, plumbers, electricians - sole traders and small firms who do the work themselves and don’t have an office behind them. On the Team plan, your workers can report from site and you stay in control of what gets recorded.
